The Council met this day at Moon by special Summons.

The Minutes of the Council held the 30th were confirmed.

His Excellency laid on the Table a Despatch from the Right Honorable The Secretary of State, No. 108 of the 6th September, 1871, granting an application which had been made to His Lordship by the Honorable J.
